From collectible card game Legend of the Five Rings, "Isawa Norikazu" is a character from the Phoenix Clan with a tragic history. His mother died at childbirth and later in his youth he was struck by a mysterious fever which left him frail and his mind affected. He is also known as the Mad Prophet, as he had several detailed visions which later proved accurate.
